Q:Can you provide free samples?
A:For partial materials, we can supply the sample free (without the freight charge).And incase we need to open new mold for your ordered profiles ,the mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q:What about the delivery time?
A:Normally 3 - 5days,exact delivery time depend on quantity and model of order.
Q:What about payment term?
A:Normally we accept T/T,30%prepaid,70% before loading.Or 100%L/C.
Q:What can customer do if they face quality problem?
A:You can send us details of the problems with pictures,if necessary you can send us samples of problems,we will resolve the problem through different ways,like compensation,make discounts in new orders and so on.Don't worry we will bear the responsibility caused by us.
